NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

In view of the fact you’re connecting to BAUWERK GROUP SUPPLIER PORTAL with an intention to entered into an agreement with our company, and for this reason we have to process your personal data (personal data of representatives/contact persons of your company), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) requires to Inform natural persons whose personal data is processed by us, we hereby inform you that:

The purpose of processing the personal data you have provided by registering/connecting in BAUWERK GROUP SUPPLIER PORTAL, and which will be received from you during the execution of the sell-purchase agreement (if such agreement concluded), is the execution of the agreement we have concluded/we are going to conclude, based on the Articles 6 (1) (b) (Conclusion and Execution of the Agreement) and 6 (1) (c) Execution of Duties Provided for in the Legislation (for Example, Duties Related to the Payment of Taxes) of the Regulation. Without your personal data, we would not be able to conclude and execute the agreement, nor would we be able to comply with the statutory requirements related to the execution of the agreement.

  3. Considering the general limitation period during which the disputes may arise, we will retain your personal data for no longer than 10 years after the expiration of the agreement.

  4. We may provide access to your personal data to IT, server, archiving, postal service companies, audit and accounting companies, the State Tax Inspectorate and other public authorities, lawyers, attorneys, debt collection companies, potential purchasers of our business and consultants. When providing access to your personal data to the processors, we will oblige them to process your personal data only to the extent necessary for provision of services or for achieving other legitimate purposes, and to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data.

  5. Please be advised that you have the following rights as a data subject: the right to access your data and to be informed on how it is being processed; the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have the incomplete personal data completed; the right to obtain the erasure of the personal data or the suspension of personal data processing activities (except for storage); the right to obtain the restriction of processing of the personal data; the right to data portability; the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Agency.
